세상은 곧 끝나니까

cotoba (코토바) [세상은 곧 끝나니까] 서서히 다가오는 종말 앞에서 존재가치를 고민하다. 시민이자 음악가로서 환경에 끼치는 악영향, 그로 인한 세계의 종말에 대해서 고민해왔고 그것이 이번 앨범의 세계관이 되었다. 인간이 존재하여 생겨나는 해악으로 인해 화자는 자신의 존재가치에 대해 의심한다. 끝으로 다가서는 세상에도 생은 살아 움직이며 탐구한다. 존재를 향해 손을 뻗으며 의미를 찾는다. 인류 존재에 의한 환경오염과 기후 위기가 이 세상을 끝낼 가능성에 대해 자각하고, 그에 따라 불가항력으로 다가오는 종말을 바라보는 인간들이 이 앨범의 주인공이다. 그리고 이 앨범은 이 음악들이 어디를 향하고 있는가에 대한 고찰이다.
